RTSP2HLS v1.1
- Added support for PEM certificates with ECC cryptography (used by default in Certbot 2.0.0).
- Improved support for PEM certificates with RSA cryptography.
- The BouncyCastle.Crypto component has been replaced with Oocx.ReadX509CertificateFromPem.
- Migrating project code to .NET Framework 4.8 and .Net Core 3.1.
